  • We place any deposit received into the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme)
  • We do not charge Landlord or Tenant fees
  • We do not participate in Client Money Protection schemes since we do not hold money on your behalf

Who we work with?

We work with both Estate Agents and private Landlords across central London Boroughs of Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea, Camden, Islington, City, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Hammersmith and Fulham and our corporate clients rang from small private companies to large financial institutions, universities and healthcare providers.

What properties are suitable for a Corporate Let?

Both houses and flats are suitable for Corporate Lets. We are currently looking for two, three or four bedroom flats and houses with ideally a separate living area.

How does it work?

To provide the most straight forward service to private Landlords and Estate Agents, we set up a separate agreement and guarantee the rental income for the duration of the lease. The agreement is for minimum of 12 months but longer leases are preferred.

If the property needs upgrading, refreshing or simply require new furniture our specialist team lead by charted architects can arrange it with the Landlord’s consent. This can be incorporated in the overall contract and therefore no upfront costs will occur to the Landlord. When the property is ready, the Tenants move in for usually 6/12 months but the length of their stay can range from 3 months to even 3 years if the contract allows. We cover the cost for any empty periods or if the property is under occupied.

Who are the tenants?

Most of our Tenants are young British and International professionals aged 23-40 who relocate to London for work contracts. Some Tenants are mature Master or PhD students. Each room in the property accommodates only one person and occasionally one couple per household can be accepted if the property is big enough.

Who manages bills, repairs and maintenance?

All bills, utilities, internet and phone lines are managed by us and covered throughout the entire contract. The weekly cleaning is arranged for most of properties and also managed by us.

In addition as a contract holder we become the first line of contact for the residents and manage their requests directly if possible. Any major issues with installations, structures etc. remain with the Landlord or their managing agent.

We are members of The Property Ombudsman
